About Bennington Soccer Club
Bennington Soccer Club gives young players in Bennington and nearby communities a place to start small and keep going, from early developmental play through competitive teams. It is built around soccer skills, sportsmanship, honesty, respect, and fair play, which makes the club feel like more than a schedule of games. For donors, that means supporting a local program where kids can keep finding their level, season after season.
What stands out here is the range. BENSC offers developmental 4U to 7U play, competitive teams through 19U, plus academies, festivals, and tournament play, all within one local club. It also keeps a close connection to the community through local field access, volunteer involvement, and age-grouping that follows Nebraska State Soccer rules.
Programs

Developmental 4U-7U soccer
In-house youth soccer for younger players, with practices focused on touches on the ball, foot skills, scrimmages, and a season-ending 4v4 Festival.
Competitive 8U-19U teams
League teams for older players that compete in Nebraska Youth Soccer League play and may also enter tournaments during the season.
Summer & Goalie Academy
A summer training academy for players who want to improve technical skills, with separate goalie training offered as well.
Winter Academy
An off-season academy for 7U through 13U players that includes weekly skill sessions and a futsal match.
Goalie Academy
A yearly winter and off-season goalkeeper training program for 9U through 19U players.
Spring KickOff Cup
A spring tournament for 8U through 15U boys and girls held at the Bennington Soccer Complex.

Mission
The mission of BENSC is to provide the youth of Bennington, Nebraska and surrounding communities the opportunity to participate in recreational, competitive, and premier soccer levels by teaching and demonstrating soccer skills, sportsmanship, honesty, respect, and fair play.

Families register through Playmetrics during the open registration window. After registration closes, players are placed on teams, with developmental players assigned by age group and competitive players placed after assessments.
