Bowie Senior Citizens Project
About Bowie Senior Citizens Project
At the Bowie Senior Citizens Project, a hot meal can be the start of someone’s whole day. Seniors in Bowie and nearby communities get fresh meals cooked and delivered, lunch served in the dining room, and a way to get where they need to go. For older adults who want to stay fed, connected, and independent, this is the kind of everyday support that matters.
What stands out here is how close the help stays to real life. Meals are made fresh each morning, volunteers bring them out on five routes, and the same center also offers transportation, social activities, and classes. It is a practical, neighborly setup that meets seniors where they are.
