Envy Volleyball Inc
About Envy Volleyball Inc
At ENVY Volleyball in Omaha, the idea is simple: give young athletes a real place to train, compete, and grow, without asking families to carry the full financial load alone. The club offers coaching, training, and competition to area youth regardless of ability to pay, with scholarships available for players facing financial barriers. That means more kids can get into the gym, stay in the game, and be coached with patience and care.
What sets ENVY apart is the affordability model behind the volleyball. Scholarships, reduced fees, and free coaching clinics for volunteer parent coaches help open the door wider, while players still get club teams, academy training, lessons, beach volleyball, boys volleyball, and positional work. It is a strong fit for families who want serious volleyball and a lower barrier to entry.

Our story
ENVY started after Mike Picard coached a group of middle school girls and saw that a lower-cost, higher-support approach could work well. Parents were looking for an alternative to high fees, crowded facilities, and inconsistent coaching, so ENVY formed as a nonprofit club in 2022. From the start, it was built to offer patient coaching, scholarships, free clinics for volunteer parent coaches, and a different experience for young players.
