About Inspiring Access
A story can help someone see what comes next. Inspiring Access shares the real-life experiences of adults with disabilities, along with those of families, caregivers, coaches, and employers, to help people navigate independent living and find employment opportunities. Through video, audio, newsletters, and community events, your support helps these stories reach the people who can learn from them and the communities working toward greater inclusion.
Inspiring Access puts adults with disabilities and the people who support them at the center of its work. It gathers their experiences through its Share Your Story program, develops them into polished video and audio stories, and brings them to community events where they can highlight employment, independent living, and inclusion.

Share Your Story
Inspiring Access invites adults with disabilities, caregivers, parents, and coaches to share their experiences through a short survey and an optional informal chat.
Inspirational story production
The organization records real-life stories of adults with disabilities in high-resolution video and high-fidelity audio, then develops polished video content to share those stories.
Disability community awareness
Inspiring Access raises awareness and promotes the disability community by sharing stories that highlight employment, independent living, inclusion, creativity, and determination.
Events and exhibitions
The organization attends and exhibits at events for adults with disabilities.

Mission
Inspiring Access empowers adults with disabilities on their journey to independence by sharing inspiring stories that open doors and create opportunities. It helps adults with disabilities navigate independent living by sharing the stories of individuals, families, and employers working to improve their lives.

Adults with disabilities, including adults with learning disabilities, as well as their caregivers, parents, and coaches.

Adults with disabilities, caregivers, parents, and coaches can use the Share Your Story option to complete a short Microsoft Forms survey. They may share their experience and indicate whether they would like an informal chat. If requested, Inspiring Access says it will make contact within 48 business hours, and the chat is friendly, unrecorded, and free.
