Lideramos
About Lideramos
If you care about Latine leadership, Lideramos is working on the part people often miss: not just supporting individual leaders, but strengthening the ecosystem around them. it connects program directors, fellows, emerging leaders, and community builders through training, convenings, webinars, and practical tools. The result is a national network that helps people start, strengthen, and sustain Latino leadership programs in their own communities.
What sets Lideramos apart is that it looks beyond any one participant or one event. Its work reaches the people building the programs, the researchers studying the field, and the communities trying to create something lasting, with support that includes training, fellowship development, a national symposium, and tools for launching local programs.

Our story
Lideramos began in December 2015, after a MillerCoors-funded networking seminar brought together Latino leadership experts and directors of successful leadership programs for the first time. That gathering became the spark for a national organization focused on improving and igniting Latino leadership, sharing best practices, and raising the quality, content, and reliability of Latino leadership programs.
