Manzil Educational Organization
About Manzil Educational Organization
Manzil Educational Organization grew out of a simple need, a safe place for children to learn. Today, it serves vulnerable children and families in Karachi through education, catch-up classes for out-of-school children, health screenings, vocational training, and family support. If you care about helping children stay in school and families build steadier ground at home, Manzil is built around that exact work.
What sets Manzil apart is how closely it holds school and family support together. Children can get education from pre-K through high school, return through flexible afternoon catch-up classes, and also access health screenings, nutrition support, housing assistance, mental health counseling, and literacy programs for mothers. It is a practical, grounded approach for families who need more than classroom time.

Our story
Manzil Educational Organization began in 2002 because children near Karachi’s railway tracks did not have a safe place to learn. The first classroom was a single rented room near the Clifton Bridge railway tracks, where children came to study and stay safe. Within days, that room had more than 50 learners, and the work grew from there into three campuses offering education, vocational training, and family support.
