New Humanity Life offers a fairly unusual kind of support: spiritual teaching with real access built in. It shares books, educational programs, meditations, retreats, and online courses, and people with financial difficulties can apply for complimentary access. For donors, that means your support helps open the door to conscious living, self-realization, and compassionate service for people who might not otherwise get in.
What sets New Humanity Life apart is how many entry points it gives people. Someone can start with a book, move into a program, or apply for free access to live events, meditations, retreats, and online courses. It also reaches beyond one place, with volunteer-supported outreach connected to an international network.
Programs

Conscious Living Introductory Program
An introductory course on conscious living, mindfulness, vegetarianism, yoga, rituals, emotional intelligence, and heightened awareness.
Nervous System Care Program
A program focused on trauma awareness, nervous system regulation, grounding exercises, guided meditations, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping).

A volunteering and community service program grounded in Karma Yoga and the practice of giving without attachment to outcomes.
Find Your Passion Program
A workshop-style program that helps participants discover natural talents, release blocks, and use meditation, breathwork, and EFT to explore passions.
Parents and Childrens Programs
A program for parents and children that teaches emotional awareness, empathy, self-regulation, storytelling, meditations, and emotional healing tools.
Book donation and free distribution of teachings
Distribution of founders' books and related spiritual teaching materials to people who apply.

Mission
New Humanity Foundation is dedicated to promoting conscious living, self-realization, and the advancement of human consciousness through educational programs, community-based projects, and humanitarian assistance.

- The organization’s growth has been catalyzed by 50 volunteers from different countries.

Our story
New Humanity Life grew out of Sat Mindo’s public teaching, which began in 2012. New Humanity Foundation was established in 2018 in the Maltese Islands, and the work later expanded into an international nonprofit with activities in the United States and Nepal, led by Sat Mindo, Lyonne Premananda, Mechele Tison, and Shambhu Khanal.
