Overview

About Omaha 100

Omaha 100 gives low- and moderate-income borrowers in underserved Omaha communities a real place to start when homeownership or business ownership feels out of reach. It does that through home lending, credit consolidation, business lending, real estate development, and financial education, with technical assistance woven in along the way. For donors, the appeal is simple, access to capital opens doors that are often closed to the people who need them most.

What sets Omaha 100 apart is how directly it meets borrowers where they are, with lending, education, and technical assistance built around real-life financial goals. As a Certified Community Development Financial Institution, it focuses on relationships and public and private partnerships that help underserved borrowers connect to capital.
