About Texas 4-H

Texas 4-H in Rusk County gives Henderson and surrounding communities a place to find useful, local education without a lot of runaround. It offers 4-H and youth development support, Master Gardener resources, and county programming in agriculture, health, community development, and natural resources. For families, gardeners, and agricultural producers, that means classes, activities, and resources that are close to home and geared to everyday needs.

What sets this office apart is how directly it serves Rusk County as a local access point for extension education. You can find youth development, horticulture, family and community health, and community development resources in one place, without losing the county-level focus.
