About The Shareddish
The SharedDish helps Dallas-area families and senior adults facing food insecurity prepare complete crockpot meals at home, providing crockpots and fresh ingredients rather than only ready-to-eat food. Groups, schools, churches, and companies can assemble meals, while The SharedDish collects, stores, and delivers them throughout the week. With over 700 crockpots gifted, more than 5,000 meals served, and up to 200 meals delivered each week, your support helps turn hands-on community service into practical food assistance.
The SharedDish gives families and senior adults more than a prepared meal. It provides crockpots and fresh ingredients for complete meals, then invites community and corporate groups to assemble those kits and help deliver them to local households.
