Vegetarian Society of El Paso
About Vegetarian Society of El Paso
Vegetarian Society of El Paso gives plant-based living a social life. Through quarterly dinners, restaurant outings, potlucks, cooking classes, and informational events, it helps people learn what vegetarian and vegan living can look like in practice, not just in theory. If you care about education, community, and compassion toward animals, the environment, and humanity, this is the kind of local work that feels both practical and personal.
What stands out here is how often the learning happens around a table. The society pairs vegetarian education with regular social events, from speaker dinners to restaurant hoppers and potlucks, and it also offers a local dining guide and a reading library for members. It is entirely volunteer-run, and membership is open to anyone interested in vegetarianism.
