Smile Givers International provides humanitarian relief and fosters sustainable development for vulnerable communities affected by conflict, natural disasters, and displacement.

Provides mental health and psychosocial support, GBV and child protection awareness, case management, emergency case support, and orphan sponsorship.

Supports under-resourced clinics and mobile health units with essential medicines, medical supplies, and equipment, with attention to maternal and child health.
Water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH)
Repairs water and sewage systems, distributes hygiene kits, installs water purification systems and wells, and supports sanitation in schools and clinics.
Shelter and non-food items
Provides tents, blankets, mattresses, kitchen sets, winterization supplies, transitional shelters, and infrastructure rehabilitation for displaced families.
Early recovery and livelihoods
Rehabilitates roads and public facilities, offers seed funding and cash-for-work, and supports vocational training and small business recovery.
Food security and agriculture
Distributes food parcels, bread bundles, and meat portions, supports farmers with seeds and fertilizers, and helps restore local food production.
