About Austin Pregnancy Resource Center

At Austin Pregnancy Resource Center, now known as Trotter House of Austin, the first thing you notice is how practical the help is. People who are pregnant or think they might be pregnant can get free support, limited sonograms, and access to nurses for accurate information and care. That matters when you are facing an unplanned pregnancy or a difficult situation and need a place that can answer questions without adding pressure.

What sets Trotter House apart is how direct the support is. The Austin center offers free, confidential help along with nurse chat and text access at 512-855-7009, plus free limited sonograms and care through the Abortion Pill Rescue Network for people who took the abortion pill and regret it. It is also part of a broader community outreach identity, with centers and events beyond Austin.
