About Bangladesh Association of Greater Austin
Bangladesh Association of Greater Austin gives the Bangladeshi and Bangladeshi-American community in Greater Austin a place to gather around culture, tradition, heritage, and language. It also keeps people connected through community news, events, and shared information, which is the kind of practical support that helps a community stay close-knit. If you care about preserving culture while also making room for real-world connection and service, BAGA is built around exactly that.
BAGA is non-political and rooted in the day-to-day life of the Greater Austin Bangladeshi-American community. It pairs heritage-centered activities with charitable welfare, member communication, and community events, so the relationship is both cultural and practical.
