About Community Partners Of Tarrant
When a child or family is in crisis, the right support can start with something as practical as diapers, formula, clothing or hygiene supplies. Community Partners of Tarrant County provides those emergency resources while also supporting CPS caseworkers, families and children through school supplies, holiday gifts, parent support, visitation rooms and enrichment opportunities. In one recent example, its Holiday Hope Project supplied Christmas gifts to more than 1,100 children in Tarrant County.
Community Partners of Tarrant County gives CPS caseworkers an on-site resource room they can use to help children and families in crisis. Its support also reaches the spaces and moments around a CPS case, from welcoming parent-child visitation rooms to supervised student case management and help with tutoring, camps, music lessons and graduation expenses.

Rainbow Room
An on-site emergency resource room that provides new clothing, diapers, formula, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, safety products and other resources to Child Protective Services caseworkers assisting children and families in crisis.
S.A.V.E. Program
Student and Volunteer Efforts is a child abuse and neglect prevention program in which university student interns provide supervised case management and connect at-risk families with community resources and services.
Holiday Hope Project
Provides holiday gifts to children in Tarrant County involved in Child Protective Services cases.
School Supplies Assistance
Provides backpacks, school supplies and personal hygiene products to children in the Child Protective Services system who need them.
CPS Visitation Rooms

Parental Support
Funds parent support classes, special trainings and substance abuse support systems for parents within the Child Protective Services system.
Child and Family Enrichment
Provides funding for graduation expenses, tutoring, educational and summer camps, recreation, music lessons, athletics, birthday celebrations, holiday parties and sibling outings.

Engages, encourages and supports Child Protective Services caseworkers in Tarrant County.

The Rainbow Room provides direct access to the basic items necessary to help reduce risk and ensure safety for the children that are served by Child Protective Services Caseworkers. This immediate access allows the Caseworker to assist the families and connect them with the resources necessary to sustain the safety of the children in their households.
