Overview

About Foundation 99

Foundation 99 gives workers something a lot of people never get, a chance to talk through money with an unbiased coach at no cost. It offers help with budgeting, debt, savings, credit, and retirement, along with courses and tools people can use between sessions. For employees of partner school districts, municipalities, nonprofits, and other organizations, that can mean getting real financial guidance without having to figure it out alone.

What sets Foundation 99 apart is the no-cost access to personalized financial coaching, backed by courses, tools, and group education people can use on their own time. Its employer-partnership model, especially with school districts, brings that support directly to employees who want it.

Origin

Our story

Foundation 99 was established in 2019 with a simple belief, education can level the playing field, and stronger financial conversations can help more people build a steadier foundation. It grew by using technology to make money conversations easier to access, especially around a topic many workers are never given space to discuss.
