Habitat Omaha Affordable Mortgage
About Habitat Omaha Affordable Mortgage
In Omaha, homeownership can start with a mortgage, but it often needs a little more support to stay steady. Habitat Omaha Affordable Mortgage helps low-income families get there with affordable financing, homeownership counseling, and repair help that keeps houses in livable shape. For donors, the appeal is simple: this is practical housing work that helps families buy, fix, and keep their homes.
What sets Habitat Omaha Affordable Mortgage apart is how closely it stays with a household after the mortgage conversation starts. It offers affordable mortgage financing, free homeownership coaching, no-interest repair loans, and neighborhood revitalization across its five-county service area, with CDFI certification adding lending capacity to that housing work.
