That means support in school, at home, and in the community, all the way through high school graduation. The result is the kind of steady presence that can change a child’s path over time.
What sets this chapter apart is the length and structure of the mentoring. Each child is matched with a paid professional Friend, not a short-term volunteer, and the organization stays in the relationship for 12+ years, no matter what.
