Good Heart Technology
About Good Heart Technology
Good Heart Technology gives eligible nonprofits the kind of ongoing IT and cybersecurity support most businesses take for granted, without charging them for it. Based in Boise, this volunteer-run organization helps with cloud migrations, backups, phishing simulations, website maintenance, network help, and more, so nonprofit teams can spend less time wrestling with technology and more time on their mission. Its work is practical, specific, and built around the real needs of organizations that usually have to do more with less.
What sets Good Heart Technology apart is that it brings volunteer MSP experience into free, ongoing support for eligible nonprofits. It also builds free tools and guides, including the Nonprofit Tech Navigator and PDF Tools Portal, so teams can find help even when they are not in the middle of a tech project.
