About I Choose You Ministries
In Mbale, Uganda, a sponsored child can get tuition, school supplies, food, clothing, hygiene basics, medical care, and regular Gospel discipleship through the local church. I Choose You Ministries also helps students keep going into trade school or university, so support does not stop at the end of secondary school. For donors, the appeal is simple, it stays close to the child, the family, and the church over time.

Mission
Our ministry’s goal is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the street children of Uganda and demonstrate the love of God toward them by meeting their physical needs through education, food, clothing, hygiene basics, and healthcare.
Who they serve
Street children in Mbale, Uganda, especially in the Namatala slums, and their families.
Their impact
- Distributed beans, flour, and soap to about 50 families in Namatala.
- Celebrated the graduation of 5 students in a recent Uganda trip.
- Had two graduates in one year, including John Akol and Helen Akuu.

I Choose You Ministries began in 2008, when a mission team from Cypress Creek Church in Wimberley, Texas started working to give hope and a future to the street children of Mbale, Uganda.
