Keeper of Kindness
About Keeper of Kindness
Keeper of Kindness supports teens in Montgomery County, Texas, with a focus on teen athletes who may be carrying more than people can see. It helps fund counseling and therapy, raises awareness about anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions, and offers the Love Like Lu Scholarship for local volleyball seniors. If you want your giving to help young people feel valued, understood, and supported, this is a clear place to start.
What sets Keeper of Kindness apart is how personal its mission is. The organization honors Sophia Lucario through mental health support, outreach, and a scholarship for current seniors who play for Texas Legacy Volleyball Club, keeping her legacy tied to practical help for young people now.

Our story
Keeper of Kindness was created in loving memory of Sophia Lucario. Sophia loved writing, photography, church, sunsets, blue skies, the ocean, and time with her friends, and she played competitive volleyball for nearly a decade. She was 18 when she died by suicide, and the organization was formed to honor her life, carry forward her kindness and mental health advocacy, and support other young people who are struggling.
