Kool Kats Feline Rescue began in 2001 with a simple, urgent goal, save the lives of homeless, abandoned, and at-risk cats and kittens from streets and high-kill animal shelters. From there, it grew around a foster-based approach that helps prepare rescued cats and kittens for adoption while also encouraging spay and neuter education.

To adopt a pet, applicants must be at least 21 years old, have the consent of all adults living in the household, and be financially willing and able to properly care for the pet. Applicants complete an adoption form, and a team member reaches out afterward.
