Overview

About Kool Kats Feline Rescue Inc

Some rescues pull cats and kittens straight out of high-kill shelters and then keep going until they are ready for a home. That is the work Kool Kats Feline Rescue has been doing in Bedford since 2001, with foster care, medical prep, and adoption placement built into the path from rescue to family. It has saved over 10,000 cats and kittens, and it also helps people understand why spay and neuter care matters.

Kool Kats Feline Rescue does not stop at getting cats and kittens off the streets or out of shelters. Rescued animals are placed in foster homes, where they can receive testing, vaccinations, and spay or neuter care before adoption. The organization also brings public education into the picture, which gives its work a wider reach than rescue alone.
