Overview

About Rewild Austin

Rewild Austin is one of those groups that keeps the work close to the ground, literally. It plants trees, collects and disperses native seeds, and brings people into conservation through education, park and trail work, and volunteer events across Austin. If you care about a city that still has room for native plants, shade, and wildlife, this is a simple way to support that future.

What sets Rewild Austin apart is how rooted it is in local participation. Its fundraising and volunteer events, including UT football tailgates, are built to support tree planting, native seeds, and environmental education in Austin. It also keeps land conservation and water protection at the center of the work.
