San Angelo Civic Ballet
About San Angelo Civic Ballet
Ballet San Angelo gives kids, teens, adults, and people with Parkinson’s and other neurological challenges a place to move, train, and show up fully. Its Academy classes, community outreach, fitness offerings, and productions are built around the idea that dance can support creativity, self-esteem, health, and discipline. For donors, that means backing an organization that is not only putting on performances, but also opening the door wider for people in San Angelo and the surrounding area.
What sets Ballet San Angelo apart is how directly it pairs classical ballet with access. Alongside training and original productions, it offers free classes, open-enrollment options, and programs that are meant to reduce barriers to participation. It is a dance home that reaches beyond the stage.

It began with a simple goal, to produce The Nutcracker in San Angelo. From there, it grew into dance education, creative movement-based community programs, and performances across West Texas.
