About San Antonio Gender Association
San Antonio Gender Association gives transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse people in greater San Antonio something simple and important, a place to be in community. That shows up in twice-monthly support group meetings, a free gender-affirming clothing closet, and programming that includes education, outreach, social nights, and volunteer opportunities. If you want to support a local group that pairs conversation with concrete help, SAGA is a clear one to know.
What sets SAGA apart is how grounded it is in both peer support and day-to-day needs. Alongside its support group meetings, it offers practical resources like a free clothing closet, transit assistance through VIA, and provider lists, all shaped by volunteer leadership and community participation.
