Say Yes To Hope
About Say Yes To Hope
Say Yes To Hope is built for the moments when advanced cancer gets complicated fast. A toll-free Survivor Line, peer matching through Friends for the Journey, free clinical trial matching, and insurance help give patients, caregivers, and families a place to start when they need information and support. For donors, the draw is simple, practical help that meets people where they are, from treatment questions to the paperwork and decisions that come with advanced cancer.
What sets Say Yes To Hope apart is how directly it centers lived experience. People are connected with someone who has been there before, while also getting help with trial matching, insurance barriers, and education that includes patients, caregivers, and medical professionals. It is a support system that feels personal without being narrow.

Our story
Say Yes To Hope grew out of Suzanne Lindley’s own experience with advanced metastatic colon cancer. As a survivor, social worker, and patient advocate, she shaped an organization around the kind of support that helps people move through treatment, research, clinical trials, and the day-to-day work of navigating care. The result is a model built on information, empowerment, and easier medical navigation for people living with advanced cancer.
