Senior Dog Haven & Hospice Inc
About Senior Dog Haven & Hospice Inc
Senior Dog Haven & Hospice gives older dogs age 7 and up a real next chapter, whether that means a foster home, a permanent home, or hospice care. It is an all-volunteer, foster-based organization in Delaware, so the work stays close to the dogs themselves and the people caring for them. It also helps owners keep their pets by funding medical care, which means support can reach a dog before a goodbye is the only option. If you care about older dogs, this is the kind of place that meets them where they are.
This organization is focused specifically on senior dogs age 7 and older, including dogs that need hospice care or significant medical support. That focus shows up in two directions at once, helping dogs move into homes and helping families keep the dogs they already have.
