About Shelter Providers Of Houston Inc
Since 2003, HomeAid Houston has helped build and renovate shelters, supportive housing, and related facilities across the Houston area. The work is practical in the best way, more than 77 projects, over $16 million in housing and improvements, and more than 1,800 beds impacted. For donors, the appeal is simple, this organization helps agencies do more of the work that keeps families, women, children, youth, veterans, seniors, and others moving toward stability.
HomeAid Houston acts as a bridge between Greater Houston Builders Association members and local nonprofit care providers. Instead of asking agencies to carry construction costs alone, it turns donated labor, materials, and expertise into the spaces those providers actually need.
