Mission

Southwestern Health Resources furthers the missions of UT Southwestern Medical Center and Texas Health Resources by creating a clinically integrated network of physicians, hospitals and other care providers to deliver healthcare across the continuum.

Our story

Southwestern Health Resources was created by UT Southwestern Medical Center and Texas Health Resources to bring academic medicine, community health care, and affiliated providers into one coordinated network. It grew into a clinically integrated network serving North Texas with a focus on connected care, access, and value-based care.
