The Women's Institute Of Houston
About The Women's Institute Of Houston
At The Women’s Institute of Houston, the appeal is simple: you can keep learning without having to leave the city, or your curiosity, behind. Its weekly classes, Sunday lectures, and online offerings give Houston adults a steady place to explore subjects from languages and history to politics and current events. Add in a public lending library and art exhibitions with Archway Gallery, and you get a community built for people who still want their minds engaged.
What sets WIH apart is the range of what happens there in one Houston space. Alongside classes and lectures led by recognized leaders in their fields, it offers a public lending library and shows fine art by local artists through its partnership with Archway Gallery.
