Our story
W.H.A.L.E.R.'s Creation is an acronym built from the first letters of Willie, Hattie, Augustus, Lillie, Earl, and Rebecca, people who inspired the organization through their love and deep devotion to family. LaToria Hickmon-Kern founded the organization and serves as its executive director.
