Dress for Success Billings has served more than 8,100 women with far more than interview clothes. Its boutique opens into resume coaching, mock interviews, computer access, financial education, and workforce training across five Montana counties.

The Billings Public Library Foundation turns private giving into four after-hours locker sites, mobile Wi-Fi, makerspace tools, and early-literacy support. That is a much more useful picture of library philanthropy than a warm-and-fuzzy stack of novels.
