About Community Housing & Service Corporation

Community Housing & Service Corporation helps low- and moderate-income families, elderly residents, and people with disabilities find housing they can actually use. In Douglas County, that means rental homes, Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, and a homeownership opportunity for participants. For donors, the value is straightforward: this is housing support that meets people where they are, whether they need a place to rent or a next step toward independent living.

What stands out here is the range of housing support under one Douglas County portfolio. Rental homes, senior and disability housing, voucher assistance, and a homeownership pathway sit alongside one another, so people can be served at different points in the same housing journey.
