Overview

About Nehi Inc

In northeast Nebraska, Nehi Inc. helps qualified households get into homes they can actually keep. That might mean buying a rehabbed house, getting help with a down payment, sitting down for homebuyer education, or getting support before foreclosure becomes the next step. It also manages Pine Estates, an eight-unit elderly rental complex in West Point for income-eligible residents age 55 and older or people with disabilities.

Nehi stands out because it does not stop at one housing moment. It supports homeownership before, during, and after the purchase, while also keeping rental housing on the table for older adults and people with disabilities. That range matters in a region where housing needs do not all look the same.
