Assists adults with serious and persistent mental illness or substance use by connecting them with resources, referrals, recovery skills, and personalized treatment plans in the clinic, home, or community.
Medication Management
Provides psychiatric medication services for youth and adults, with prescriber visits, nursing support between visits, refill and injection help, medication authorization requests, GeneSight testing, and prescription assistance program enrollment.
Youth Crisis Assessment
Offers 24/7 crisis assessment for youth and their families from the Crisis Stabilization Unit, including safety planning, referrals, and treatment recommendations.
Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST)
Provides an intensive family- and community-based treatment model for youth, with therapists working in the home and community to address the systems affecting the young person.
Medication-Assisted Treatment
Provides outpatient opioid recovery support, including medication management such as Suboxone, ongoing provider follow-up, and monitoring and guidance.
Juvenile Transportation Services
Contracts with Probation Districts 9 and 10 to provide transportation for youth to visitations, court-ordered classes and appointments, and treatment services.
