About Pilgrim-oedc Development Corp
Pilgrim-oedc Development Corp works in the parts of life that shape a neighborhood fast, where you live, where you work, and where local businesses get room to grow. In North Omaha, that means affordable senior housing, residential development, single-family homes, and places like the Fair Deal Village MarketPlace and the Community Innovation Campus. If you care about practical projects that help residents find stability and opportunity close to home, this is the kind of work that feels immediate.
What sets OEDC apart is its unusually broad reach in one organization, from housing to commercial development to neighborhood revitalization. It describes itself as the only federally designated Community Development Corporation in Omaha and a federally recognized Community Economic Developer, which gives its work a very specific public purpose.
