About Ultimate Block Party Inc
Playful Learning Landscapes works with communities to turn everyday public spaces into interactive learning spots for children and families. The idea is simple, and pretty appealing: take the places people already pass through, and make them invite play, connection, and learning at the same time. Its work is grounded in the science of play, with projects shaped alongside local partners rather than dropped in from the outside.
What sets this apart is the setting. Instead of building a separate facility, Playful Learning Landscapes focuses on the places people already use, like sidewalks, plazas, bus stops, spraygrounds, laundromats, and buildings. It also brings communities, designers, city planners, developers, and local governments into the process, so the space reflects how people actually live in it.
