About Violas House
When a pregnant or parenting young adult is facing homelessness, a safe place to stay can be the first step toward something steadier. Violas House in Dallas provides emergency maternity housing and transitional housing, along with practical support such as parenting education, case management, job readiness, healthcare coordination, transportation, and baby essentials. In 2025, it served 6,936 unduplicated clients and distributed more than 7 million diapers, offering families support that reaches well beyond a bedroom.
Violas House pairs housing with the everyday resources young families need to move toward independence. Through the Baby Benefit Boutique, parents can earn vouchers by attending parenting and pregnancy classes, then shop for baby supplies with dignity, while the mobile unit brings services to families who cannot get to its facilities.

To help pregnant teens and young adults achieve a lifetime of independence and resilience by providing stable housing and wraparound services.

- In 2025, Viola’s House distributed more than 7 million diapers, served 6,936 unduplicated clients, engaged 126 community partners, and recorded 126,516 agency visits.
- In 2024, Viola’s House supported more than 6,500 mothers, provided more than 78,000 minutes of counseling, and distributed more than 7 million free diapers and baby-care essentials.
- In 2023, Viola’s House distributed more than 6 million diapers.
- The 2026 Christmas at Fair Park page reports that the preceding event uplifted more than 6,000 individuals, provided free diapers and wipes to more than 1,800 families, and distributed more than 4,500 toys.
