Overview

About Youth Keepers of America Inc

A student’s next step can start with a workshop, a mentor, a campus visit, or a chance to see a professional environment up close. Since 1971, Youth Keepers of America has helped young people in Tyler, Texas, build academic, personal-social, and career success through Youthinars, mentoring, job shadowing, school-to-work experiences, and scholarship aid. Parents are part of the picture, too, with sessions that help them support their children’s educational and career development.

Youth Keepers of America brings parents into the conversation through Parenthinars, while giving students practical ways to explore what comes next. Career interest surveys and staff interviews help guide mentor assignments, and students can follow that connection into job shadowing, educational tours, workshops, and scholarship support.
