Overview

About Omaha Area Sanctuary Network

Sometimes the need is as simple, and as urgent, as a basic necessity or a required immigration physical exam. Omaha Area Sanctuary Network helps vulnerable immigrants cover those immediate costs, along with GED and English language classes and mental health therapy. It also shows up at Immigration Court hearings, offering accompaniment when a community member should not have to face that alone.

What sets Omaha Area Sanctuary Network apart is how practical its support is. It does not stop at emergency funding, it also helps with court accompaniment and specific needs like immigration physical exams, educational classes, and mental health therapy. That mix is especially meaningful for immigrant families dealing with urgent, uneven costs.
