🌱 Food Yoga International – Nourishing Body, Mind & Soul 🌱

Food Yoga International is dedicated to the principle that food is more than nutrition — it is a sacred gift meant to unite, uplift, and heal. Rooted in the philosophy of Food Yoga: Nourishing Body, Mind & Soul by Paul Rodney Turner, our mission is to “Unite the World with Pure Food.”

Through the world’s largest plant-based food relief network, we provide millions of meals every year to children, families, and communities in need. But Food Yoga International goes beyond food relief. We empower communities with education, spiritual connection, and holistic well-being, recognizing that true nourishment touches body, mind, and soul.

✨ Our Work Includes:

- Emergency food relief in crisis zones - Plant-based meals for children in underserved communities - Education programs that promote compassionate, ethical, and sustainable living - Spiritual and cultural initiatives that honor the sacredness of food

Every meal we serve is prepared with love and intention — transforming eating into an act of compassion and connection. By supporting Food Yoga International, you are helping to build a world of spiritual equality, harmony with nature, and conscious living.

🙏 Join us in sharing food as love. Together, we can nourish not just bodies, but hearts and souls.

Overview

About Food Yoga International Inc

Food Yoga International is for donors who care about food relief that starts with an actual meal on the plate. From Wilmington, DE, it supports a global network that serves pure plant-based meals to people in need and helps affiliates with the tools, training, and coordination they need to keep going. The work reaches disaster response, nutrition education, organic gardening, schooling, and animal care, so the support goes well beyond a single meal service. It is a strong fit if you want your gift to help people facing hunger, displacement, or crisis through a model built around vegan food relief.

What sets Food Yoga International apart is that it works as the international headquarters for a broad affiliate network, not just one local kitchen. Its food yoga philosophy treats meals as a way to support peace, equality, and education, while keeping the focus on practical relief.
