What you’re funding

Life of the Village Foundation is currently focused on supporting Mexican children near the US/Mexican border, needing peace and a place of refuge. We have teamed up with Pastor Victor who provides a place for children to come, eat, play, and learn integrity and morals. Pastor Victor sees children on the streets near him that have been abused, neglected, hungry, and even sold to maintain their parent's addictions. The children have been excitedly rounding up friends weekly to go meet with Pastor Victor and his wife.

Life of the Village Foundation also supports the elderly, brings food & supplies to the hungry, helps with medical costs, financially aids those needing alcohol & drug rehab, and brings hands-on-help to repair homes/buildings/roads.

Overview

About Life Of The Village Foundation

Life of the Village Foundation shows up where people need something immediate, groceries, medical support, help with repairs, even prayer. It supports children in Sonora, older adults, families facing medical bills, and people in recovery, which gives donors a way to help with both urgent needs and everyday stability. If you want your gift to land in the form of food, treatment, housing help, or a repaired home, this is that kind of organization.

What sets Life of the Village Foundation apart is how personal its help is. The work includes visits, hands-on repairs, and regular support for children in Sonora, older adults, and families with medical or household needs.

Stories

Children's gatherings in Sonora

Pastor Victor feeds children, teaches them about God, prays with them, does art, sings, and sets up a bouncy house so they have a place of peace. The first day brought 14 children, and more children kept coming with their friends.

We're getting more children!

Support for Bethel Orphanage

The organization has sent money for food and basic needs, a replacement washing machine, and paint for the buildings at Bethel Orphanage near the U.S.-Mexico border. The work has also included painting building after building and helping keep the site in good condition.

Nobody else had been so faithful coming again and again to finish the whole project!

Visits with elderly neighbors

The organization visits older adults, brings food and household supplies, helps with repairs, and offers financial help when a family member is caring for someone with disability or illness.

For the community
